“KARAMEN” means hot&spicy ramen noodle. You have choices of KYO KARAMEN's soup, degree of spiciness and size of bowls.

We make our soup every day only with amount for a day.

Ingredients of KYO KARAMEN are: originally-blended chilli pepper, domestically-produced minced chicken meat, Kyoto egg, garlic, Chinese garlic chive.Its soup uses Kyushu(south Japan)soy sauce with fine sweet taste.

用独自混合的辣椒、京都产的鸡蛋、日本产的韭菜、日本产的大蒜、鸡肉等。大量使用讲究的食材。
以九州的酱油为基础的“京辣面”和“汤”。

★KYO KARAMEN TOMATO
Which is based on KYO KARAMEN and added with fresh sourness of tomato, is especially popular among young girls. We recommend you to have it with coriander leaf and cheese on top.
★西红柿京辣面
以“京辣面”为基础,加上西红柿的清爽酸味的“西红柿京辣面”。
特别是女性粉丝的很多。
面上装上食材的追加,奶酪和香菜推荐。更加好吃。

WARNING: Kon-nyaku noodle includes buckwheat. Let us know about your allergy to buckwheat before you order.
We will cook Chinese type noodle instead of Kon-nyaku noodle separately boiled in a different pot.
Small amount of Japanese sake, wheat and egg are also used. Please be aware that you are not allergic to any of these materials.
【注意】“魔芋面”使用荞麦粉。如果有荞麦面过敏的人,请事先申请。对荞麦过敏的人,用另外的锅煮中华面。另外还使用小麦、鸡蛋、少量的酒。过敏的人请千万注意。

Chinese Type Noodle : along with the taste of soup, we order Australian wheat "primeheart" and it is produced with Fushimi water.

与汤的味道相符的独特的中华面。
使用澳大利亚小麦的中细面。
是用京都伏见的水发射的中华面。
So-called Kon-nyaku Noodle : known as Kon-nyaku noodle, and it's made both of wheat and buckwheat powder.
It has unique chewy taste, translucent appearance and it's smooth when you swallow it down.
WARNING: Kon-nyaku noodle includes buckwheat. Caution for allergy.
